What is yokla?
yokla is a technical interview simulator for software engineers. It serves you the kind of multiple-choice questions you would face in a real interview, matched to the field and seniority you pick; it scores your answers, explains why each answer is what it is, and benchmarks your result against other candidates who took the same interview. The point is not a quiz score — it is seeing where you are weak before you walk into the room.
How it works
1. Define your interview
Pick your field, your seniority (junior, mid, senior) and an optional specialization. Have a job ad? Paste it and we'll fill the choices in for you.
2. Take a scored interview
Work through a question set assembled for your selection. Questions are balanced across field × seniority × topic, spread from easy to hard, and differ every round.
3. See your score and weak spots
Your score, a topic-by-topic breakdown, and a worked explanation for every question. The benchmark shows where you stand against other candidates at your seniority, and past interviews feed a score trend.
Why yokla?
A verified question bank
Every question goes through an independent review pass after it is written: mis-keyed answers, ambiguous options and outdated facts get filtered out.
Genuinely seniority-aware
The junior and senior sets are not the same questions turned up a notch — they are different questions. Senior sets ask about choices, trade-offs and production behavior.
Turkish and English
The entire question bank exists in both languages. Prepare in one and review in the other.
Try it without signing up
Your first interview needs no account. Sign in and your history syncs across devices and your daily limit goes up.

Frequently asked questions
Is yokla free?
Yes. Taking an interview and seeing your result is free. There is a daily interview limit to prevent abuse; signed-in users get a higher one.
Are the questions like real interview questions?
They are written to match the topic and difficulty distribution of real interviews, but they are not taken from any specific company's question pool. The goal is to measure command of the subject, not memorization.
Do I need an account?
No. You can take an interview without signing up. Signing in with Google or GitHub makes your interview history, score trend and weak-topic tracking persistent.
How is my score calculated?
As a percentage of correct answers. The result screen also shows a topic-by-topic breakdown and the median of other candidates in the same field-and-seniority cell.
Which fields and seniorities are covered?
There are currently 12 fields: Backend, Frontend, Fullstack, DevOps / Cloud, AI Engineer, Database, Mobile, Security, QA / Test Automation, Data Engineer, Game Development, ML Engineer. Each is available at junior, mid and senior. Within a field you can also pick specializations such as Go, React or PostgreSQL.
What does starting from a job ad mean?
You paste the text of a job ad; we match it to a field, seniority and specializations and fill the wizard in for you. You confirm or correct the choices, and the interview that starts is the same interview. The ad text is not stored.
